Our main business focus on automotive plastic chrome parts, using the principle of electrolysis to attach metal layers to the surface of ABS or ABS/PC plastic parts, to improve the product's light perception, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, at the same time to achieving the esthetic of car bodies. Compared with metal electroplating, the weights of chrome plated products are relatively reduced, which can meet the requirements of light weight of automobile. Jiangyin Daoda Decorative Parts Co., Ltd has been devoted to chrome plating production and R&D for more than 10 years, we have successfully developed and SOP for nearly 10 chrome plating technology, which can meet most OEMs’ requirements in this industry.

Adopting plastic injection, utilizing thermoplastic materials, using plastic injection molds to produce plastic parts which required by customers. At present, we’ve been skilled in high-gloss injection, gas-aided injection, 2k injection and RHCM Injection etc.

We have a fully automatic painting line which can support solvent-based painting, include ordinary paint, high-gloss paint, matte paint and body color paint. Products’ category including Grilles, Bumper Trims, Fenders, Tailgate Trims, Door Molding, Interior Panels etc.
MOREHot stamping
Thermo print, alternative name is "Hot Stamping" or "Heat Transfer (Print)", which process is to transfer patterns from aluminum foil onto the parts’ surface by means of heat and pressure. The Hot Stamping process can achieve the similar appearance as chrome plated components to a certain extent, this technology is more used on exterior components, such as grilles and emblems etc.
